What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Support the HR due diligence workstream in Medtech M&A transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures - Analyze HR financial risks, including compensation and benefits programs, workforce cost structures, and legal exposures - Model financial impacts of integration plans, including cost synergies and workforce transition scenarios - Partner with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end M&A processes - Prepare and present executive-level reports and risk assessments

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field, with 6+ years of relevant work experience; or 12+ years of total work experience in lieu of a degree - Experience in HR Controlling/Finance, M&A HR due diligence, or corporate financial transactional services - Strong understanding of HR financials and compliance risks - Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with HRIS and reporting tools - Fluent in English, with the ability to work and write in another language

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience within the life sciences or medtech industry - Deep understanding of global HR cost drivers and compensation models - Advanced proficiency with tools such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Power BI
