What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Support HR due diligence workstreams in Medtech M&A transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures - Analyze HR financial risks, including workforce cost structures and compensation programs - Model financial impacts of integration plans and assess workforce transition scenarios - Prepare and present executive-level reports and risk assessments - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful end-to-end M&A processes

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field with 6+ years of relevant work experience, or 12+ years of total work experience in lieu of a degree - Experience in HR controlling/finance, M&A HR due diligence, or corporate financial transactional services - Strong understanding of HR cost drivers, compliance risks, and compensation models - Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, as well as HRIS and reporting tools - Fluent in English; ability to work and write in another language is advantageous

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience within the life sciences or medtech industry - Deep understanding of global HR cost drivers and compliance risks - Proficiency with tools such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Power BI
