Senior Associate or Vice President

to join its investment team. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to be deeply involved in all aspects of the investment lifecycle, including deal execution, portfolio strategy, and value creation. Investment Focus: Sectors: B2B software, industrial technology, managed solutions, and technology-enabled services $10-250 million in revenue $1-30 million in EBITDA 10-20%+ annual growth rates Typical equity investments range from $15-75 million Key Responsibilities: Lead and support deal sourcing, diligence, and execution Collaborate directly with founders and senior leadership of portfolio companies Drive strategic initiatives, M&A opportunities, and operational improvements Contribute to portfolio monitoring and value creation planning Ideal Candidate Profile: 4-6+ years of experience in private equity, growth equity Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Demonstrated experience evaluating and executing investments Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for scaling businesses Prior experience investing in
