Assistant Clinic Unit Manager . This position will work closely with the Clinic Unit Manager by assisting with the supervision of staff at assigned ARMC Primary and Specialty Care Clinics. Other Duties Will Include: Supervise and direct the work of Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Care and Clinic Assistants assigned to the Clinics. Assist with work performance evaluations; disciplinary actions and hiring. Prepares schedules and oversees with payroll time and attendance processing which includes approving time off. Assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care by assuring assignments are made on the basis of knowledge, skills and competency level with consideration for the needs of each patient Assist in the development and implementation of continuous patient experience improvement efforts.
