Join us as we make the world better, one bite at a time!Position Description: The Social Media Community Coordinator is a marketing role that will manage GoMacro's Brand Ambassador Program, own social media community management, lead TikTok video production, and assist with content production of various social media platforms. This role will also assist with organic social media planning and influencer hires. Primary Responsibilities: Own, audit, and build upon current brand ambassador program to ensure a best-in-class program for our growing communityManage inbound ambassador applications and ensure a timely response to all applicantsEnsure all brand ambassador troubleshooting needs are met, including serving as the first point of contact for any ambassador questions, ensuring all codes are live, and problem solving any new technical web issues to our web teamMaintain effective and efficient community engagement across all social media channelsNurture and maintain long-term brand partner relationships by providing in-kind donations to events and organizationsEnsure all appropriate partners are considered for ongoing campaigns and partnership opportunitiesAssist in third-party produced photo and video shoots each month, executed by a network of sponsored content creators. Production responsibilities include but are not limited to: creative direction, product procurement, set design, wardrobe styling, caption copywriting, etc.Execute contracts with content creator and influencer partners while ensuring all licensing rights are followedOrganize the Marketing team's content assets to keep relevant media up-to-date and easily accessible for company-wide needsCreate photography and video content as needed to support ad hoc marketing initiativesAssist in ideation for social media content to achieve KPIs and support overall marketing strategy Ideal Candidate: Must be a self-starter and take initiativeMust have excellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize and manage time effectivelyStrong communication skills; speaking, presenting, writing, and editingComfortable being on-camera and executing brand-appropriate TikTok trendsPrior Food and Beverage industry a bonus, but not required RequirementsSkills and Experience Required: 2+ years of experience in a social media, influencer, and/or brand ambassador management roleMust have a passion for social media and be able to present new opportunities to evolve our ongoing strategyAbility to capture and edit video for Reels/TikTok and produce assets individually, on a deadlineAbility to manage new and long-term influencer and creator relationships on behalf of the brandAbility to manage a high volume of emails and juggle multiple projectsMicrosoft Suite proficiencyAdobe Suite knowledge preferred Education/Training Required: Bachelor's degree, Marketing or Communications preferredTravel Required: Minimal travel required
