You will be the Control Account Manager or CAM for the F-16 Production programs within Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. Our team is responsible for facilitating the procurement cycle from beginning to end, operating in a dynamic, cross-functional environment to deliver quality products on time to our customers. Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Security clearance. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related Working knowledge of SAP and/or Procure to Pay (P2P) Experience with EVMS processes Experience implementing change to improve processes Experience preparing and delivering presentations Desired Skills: Experience with the Proposal Process, Risk Mitigation, and or Project Management, as it relates to Supply Chain CAM Trained Knowledge of Procurement processes including Lockheed Martin Material Acquisition Procedures and FAR Risk and Opportunity Management knowledge Experience reviewing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Experience working in Cobra and Empower Ability to make strategic decisions while delivering results Ability to work multiple tasks and deal with competing priorities in a fast paced environment Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills Ability to interface with multiple levels of management both internally and externally Ability to work independently and in a team environment Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Problem solving skills This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
