You'll perform as a Lockheed Martin Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Administrator team member. You'll become part of the F-35 Global Supply Chain (GSC) Organization as a subcontract management team member on the Production and Sustainment Execution team managing the Northrop Grumman Teammate. You will be responsible for overall management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance and interfacing with program functional organizations and supplier management. The position will be responsible of managing procurement and delivery activities and related purchase order delivery schedules supporting the F-35 NGC Teammate Furnished Equipment as well as both production and sustainment replenishment activities. Within this role, you will lead and support activities that include but are not limited to: preparing requests for proposals, evaluating subcontractor proposals, developing cost/price analysis, negotiations, purchase order and contract creation/documentation, purchase order maintenance, managing contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands, and communicate across multi-functions and multi-level platforms. This position will require a significant amount of collaboration with internal and external customers as well as senior levels of leadership within the LM SCM organization. This position is located in Fort Worth, TX. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. This role requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance after hire Domestic travel may be required for this position (up to 10% - once Quarterly). Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Experience negotiating pricing (educational or professional) Experience managing competing priorities Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Desired Skills: Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) Excellent organization skills Strong communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills Demonstrated sense of urgency, self-motivated Excellent business acumen and ability to make business based decisions Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industry Ability to work independently and in a team environment Demonstrated working knowledge of Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) Ability to engage supplier senior executives as necessary to resolve issues Developing Project/Program Management skills Must be able to work in a team environment Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
