Key Responsibilities
Assist with candidate sourcing and job posting across various platforms Support scheduling, communication, and coordination for internal and external stakeholders Learn and engage with tools like applicant tracking systems and other workflow platforms Contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and internal projects Provide general administrative support and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations Take on varied tasks as needed to support the team and business goals Working within Microsoft Suite products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc) What We're Looking For
Must live within the DC, MD, VA area US citizenship required Interest in recruiting, human resources, or startup operations Strong communication skills and attention to detail Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently and in teams Discretion when handling sensitive information Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace; experience with platforms like LinkedIn is a plus What You'll Gain
