Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times. Document customer interactions and update customer records in the system as necessary. Assist with order processing and tracking customer shipments. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the overall customer experience. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or a related field is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software, such as Microsoft Office.
