Entry Level Customer Service Agent

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers. Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and finding solutions effectively. Maintain customer records and document interactions in our CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily. Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or relevant certifications is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
