Document Analyst
iFIT's vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey. We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Document Analyst in Logan, UT. Role Commitments: Complete Arena and SAP system trainings Enroll in job-relevant ADP training by October 1, 2024 Complete all assigned ADP training modules by May 31, 2025 Support employee engagement by actively participating in weekly team meetings Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Create and release Bills of Materials (BOMs) Audit product release information for accuracy and completeness Research company product inquiries related to documentation and structure Support R&D objectives through timely processing of documentation needs Review and process product change requests Review and process service change requests Standardize naming conventions for new SKUs and part numbers Process new vendor releases Support vendor un-release processing and documentation updates
