Recruiter Position
Our client, the world's leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for a Recruiter. This is an 8-month on-site contract position based in Los Angeles, CA. The hourly rate is up to $100; paid time off and benefits are available through Talent Table. Candidates must not hold H1B Visa status or be on a C2C arrangement. Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle recruitment for administrative support roles (Executive Assistant, Content Assistant, Administrative Assistant) within the content organization. Approach recruitment strategy with an inclusion lens and work to build diverse talent pipelines. Engage and foster deep relationships with niche candidate pools to consistently fuel evergreen pipelines. Build strong internal relationships to develop proactive strategies and robust pipelines. Network and maintain relationships with key talent communities for short- and long-term opportunities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the top Client competitors and the industry; use talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence hiring managers on identifying and acquiring top talent. Execute the full life cycle of the search independently and in collaboration with a research partner. Understand the broader business and be able to answer questions about Client's strategy, goals, and culture. Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience running full-cycle searches with senior-level hiring managers/stakeholders in the content ecosystem. Proven ability to execute high-volume recruiting operations that optimize recruiter efficiency and reduce time-to-fill. Experience supporting content/media organizations, particularly in creative programming teams and verticals. Demonstrated success in recruiting for administrative functions in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Background in recruiting, sourcing, and/or HR is required. Experience partnering with business leaders, managing candidate experience, constructing offers, and closing candidates. Preferred Qualifications
Self-motivated and directed; able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively. Flexible and willing to do what is needed to deliver high-quality results. Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand the business. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic culture. Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach. Ability to combine business acumen with strong influencing skills to advise and coach hiring partners. Willingness to handle both routine tasks (e.g., submitting formal feedback, drafting offer letters) and high-profile projects with equal dedication. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
