Software Engineer

Candidate is expected to be proficient in C/C++. It is desirable that the candidate have experience with embedded development using a real-time operating system. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a STEM discipline Experience in Earned Valued Management, metrics and process management Experience in software development Completed all required CAM training and be familiar with the CAM toolset Possess strong verbal and written communication skill Proficiency with MS Office products (Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) ***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and an Interim Secret clearance required to start.*** Desired Skills: Team Leadership Experience Software development subject matter expert EV for Agile development Systems engineering and mission systems/avionics background Experience with Safety Critical and trusted software development process Experience with F35 proposal process Experience with resource estimation & management, software development estimation, project planning, and project management Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills of technical assignments Experience in areas of cost analysis, schedule, and risk & opportunity management This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.
