Employee Relations - Partners with HR Employee Relations Team as a point of contact for employee relations matters, such as policy interpretation, performance management, conflict resolution, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Organizational Development - Partners with HR Organizational and Employee Development team to provide guidance and training to managers and employees on HR-related topics and to support employee career development. Partners with the Classification and Compensation team to provide guidance to managers, supervisors, and employees at all levels in the development of job descriptions, and recommendations on promotions, transfers, and salary actions for both classified staff and administrative faculty positions.
