Office/Program Support Generalist

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chair of the Department of Biomedical and Health Sciences (BHSC), Undergraduate and Graduate Program Directors (MLS, Health Sciences and MRS), BHSC Business Manager, and BHSC faculty and students. Review, update, prepare, report, track and disseminate data according to schedules and needs of the department. Perform high-level administrative tasks that pertain to programmatic, student, faculty and departmental support. Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience): Associate's degree with one to three years of experience in an administrative role or office setting, working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions, and familiarity with Internet resources required. Desirable Qualifications: Experience with Excel, Microsoft office and PeopleSoft desirable. Demonstrated work history of strong organizational skills and time management desirable.
