Essential Duties Onboarding and HRIS Responsibilities: Handles on-boarding activities for all new hires Processes new hires and terminations Processes employee data changes in Company's HRIS Payroll Responsibilities: Processes regular payroll for salaried employees Works closely with managers reviewing their employee's timesheets Answers manager's questions on how to properly enter employee's time into timesheets Reviews hourly punches, call-outs and on-call time is recorded in the Company's HRIS Emails managers in reference to missing time and timesheet discrepancies Other Responsibilities: Understands Company's employee benefit plans Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.
