Payroll Responsibilities: Processes regular and bonus payrolls for salaried employees Ensures levies, garnishments, and other deductions are withheld Prepares files for dead inventory, generic earnings, and additional payroll processing Maintains company's HRIS system Facilitates Payroll Budget Process LA Tax incentive and other specific town/parish incentives Benefit Responsibilities: Reconciles monthly insurance invoices Administers the day-to-day and annual operations of the 401(k) plan Responsible for preparation of Form 5500 for the 401(k) and cafeteria plans Understands company's employee benefit plans Other Responsibilities: Review and approval of offer letters for recruiting department FCRA
