Drafter Position
We are seeking a skilled Drafter responsible for setting up projects for Engineers to mark up, according to the Engineer's preliminary designs. This role involves coordinating with Engineers, Architects, and other consultants to develop a complete set of Construction Documents using AutoCAD and/or Revit software. Key Responsibilities
Create detailed structural models using AutoCAD or Revit software based on Architectural designs and Engineering redlines. Schedule and organize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Coordinate and collaborate with project architects and other craft professionals throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in weekly company project review meetings to discuss project updates and address any arising issues. Regularly consult with the Principal Engineer on all projects to ensure alignment and address any schedule, cost, design, or construction concerns. Communicate proactively with supervisors and managers regarding project status, issues, and potential solutions. Uphold confidentiality standards related to company, client, and personnel information. Exhibit strong judgment, time management, and problem-solving skills. Maintain a cooperative and respectful working relationship with colleagues and demonstrate professional conduct in handling challenging situations. Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in an Architectural or Engineering office. Proficiency in both AutoCAD and Revit software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A solid understanding of the construction industry, construction types, and methods. An efficient work ethic, with the ability to complete tasks on time and within budget. Details

5 pm, with flexible time available as needed. Employment Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $45,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Work Environment: On-site, with no remote work option.
