HQ FP&A Analyst

Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated HQ FP&A Analyst to join our corporate finance team, reporting directly to the Director of FP&A. This individual will have significant exposure to the CEO & CFO on various ad-hoc requests. This role is critical in driving the enterprise forecasting process, delivering the monthly financial reporting package, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Own the enterprise-wide forecasting process, collaborating closely with Functional & Business Unit leaders to build accurate and actionable forecasts. Analyze business trends and variances to support strategic planning and decision-making. Continuously refine and improve forecasting models, to help drive improvement in operational performance. Performance Reporting & Analysis: Prepare the monthly financial closing package, providing detailed variance analysis and insightful commentary to leadership and the Board. Monitor and track key financial and operational KPIs, highlighting trends and opportunities for performance improvement. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and timeliness of all financial reports. Strategic Support & Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects requested by the CEO and CFO. Develop financial models and perform scenario analyses to guide executive decision-making. Collaborate across functions (e.g., Commercial, Operations, HR, M&A) to deliver comprehensive insights. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant FP&A or corporate finance experience. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analytical techniques. Experience with forecasting processes, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Familiarity with BI and analytics tools, specifically Power BI; Alteryx experience strongly preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present insights to leadership. Self-driven with a proactive approach to identifying issues and solutions. Education Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline required.
