Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 commensurate with experience. Duties/Responsibilities Manages and resolves complex employee relations matters, conducting thorough investigations and partnering with leadership on coaching and disciplinary actions. Supports the performance management process by training managers and employees, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and development plans. Maintains HR data integrity by updating records in the HRIS system and generating reports to support decision-making. Partners with hiring managers, recruiters, and agencies to support exempt and non-exempt hiring efforts. Facilitates new hire onboarding, employee engagement programs, and exit interviews to ensure a consistent employee experience. Supports and administers HR programs related to compensation, benefits, leave management, safety, talent development, and policy compliance. Responds to employee and supervisor inquiries regarding HR programs, policies, and procedures; escalates complex issues as appropriate. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; monitors HR policies and practices and recommends updates as needed. Stays informed on HR trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to recommend improvements to programs and procedures. Conducts regular check-ins with assigned departments to provide HR guidance, share workforce metrics, and address emerging needs. Analyzes trends in employee data to identify opportunities for improving engagement, retention, and workforce planning. Partners with managers on restructuring, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives. Participates in training assessments and supports the implementation and evaluation of learning programs. Performs other related duties or projects as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and navigate complex employee relations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset. High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Workday strongly preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance practices. Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement. English/Spanish language fluency required. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience required, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds. Must be able to navigate production areas and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toe shoes. Will not be accepting or using external agencies at this time.
