We believe in investing in our people and creating a culture where collaboration, inclusion, and professional growth are at the forefront. Join us to be part of meaningful work that drives national impact and grow your career alongside exceptional peers. Important Note About This Position This is a contingent position, meaning employment is dependent upon the successful award of the associated contract to Aretum and completion of any required background investigation or security clearance verification. Job Summary Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements. Additionally, all team members may be called upon to support proposal efforts as needed. This could include resume formatting, providing skills alignment summaries, participating in meetings, or contributing to solutioning activities based on subject matter expertise or functional experience. Responsibilities Project Management and Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact between DOE and the vendor, ensuring alignment between DOE's needs and the proposed training solutions. Create and maintain a project timeline, identifying key milestones for training delivery across all five boroughs. Coordinate logistics for all training sessions, including venue selection (if in-person), virtual platform setup, equipment management, and resource distribution. Create multiple different tools and avenues to implement user training and support (videos, office hours, quick reference guides, FAQs, training modules, in-person training, on-site support, synchronous and asynchronous resources). KPI and Progress Reporting Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for training effectiveness, including attendance rates, participant engagement, and post-training assessments. Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to DOE leadership, including: Attendance Tracking: Ensure all users complete the necessary training sessions. Engagement Metrics: Track user participation, including questions asked, feedback received, and participation rates in interactive activities. Post-Training Assessments: Monitor results of user feedback surveys, quizzes, and knowledge checks to assess the effectiveness of training and areas needing improvement. Use these metrics to continuously adjust the training delivery approach and refine content. Quality Assurance and Consistency Oversee trainers to ensure consistent content delivery and training quality across boroughs. Conduct regular check-ins with each borough trainer to gather feedback and ensure uniformity in content, approach, and execution. Training Resource Development Collaborate with DOE's IT and instructional design teams to create and refine training materials. Ensure that all training materials, including guides, presentations, and videos, are up-to-date and accessible to users with varying levels of technical knowledge. Develop and distribute job aids, cheat sheets, and FAQs to support users in post-training. Follow-Up Support Coordination Coordinate post-training support through virtual office hours, one-on-one sessions, or helpdesk resources to ensure users have ongoing access to assistance. Design and implement a follow-up communication plan, ensuring that users can easily access additional resources and ask questions.
