To strengthen our team and accelerate our growth, we are currently looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) with a strong affinity for technology and AI. Responsibilities
Proactive lead generation and outreach: You identify and approach potential customers through various channels (LinkedIn, email, calls, events, etc.) to generate interest in MAIA. Intelligent lead qualification: You qualify leads carefully using modern prospecting tools, industry knowledge, and AI-driven approaches to increase efficiency and personalization. Creative communication: You create compelling, personalized messages and do not shy away from exploring new communication avenues to generate appointments for our sales team. Process design & optimization: You actively shape our sales development process and bring in your own ideas. Team collaboration: You work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize our go-to-market strategy and share valuable market insights. Data-driven approach: You track your metrics, analyze your successes, and derive optimization potentials for your outreach strategies. Qualification
Background: You are in the master's program or in the bachelor's advanced program in business administration or a comparable field. Structure & creativity: You think analytically and solution-oriented and work very structured. Previous experience with CRM systems is an advantage. At the same time, you bring creativity into your solution approaches. Self-initiative & drive: You take on things independently, work result-oriented, and bring the necessary motivation to achieve challenging targets. Adaptability & willingness to learn: You thrive in a dynamic startup environment, are adaptable, and have the desire to continuously learn new things. First experiences in sales: Ideally in the B2B SaaS environment and in a startup setting, are advantageous. Tech & AI enthusiasm: You have a pronounced passion for technology and AI tools. Since we ourselves develop AI technology, it is crucial for us that you learn to competently use AI-driven sales tools and understand and live the potentials of modern technologies.
