Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Fiscal Assistant will be responsible for duties as needed in the Fiscal Department, to include scanning of accounts payable payments, filing, accounting and organization of all gift cards, processing of bank deposits, either electronically or physically, assistance in gathering all invoice documents for audits and quarterly reports as needed by the department. The incumbent will also assist in other general accounting activities to include supporting the administrative needs of the CFO, Controller, and Accountants. Schedule:
35 Hours per Week Salary Range:

Specific Job Responsibilities: Organize, print scan, and file all payables processed by Accounts Payable/Financial Assistant. Maintain and manage invoices within Accounts Payable email. Prepare/assist in preparation and organization of all audit requests for disbursements. Prepare/assist in preparation and organization of quarterly documentation required for Abbott reports Create all new files required for new fiscal year, and organize, box and move to storage all old documentation. Create new binders for Accounts Payable and Receivable for new fiscal year, including rotating old files in storage. Create all new folders for Bank reconciliations and rotate old files in storage. Assist with accounts receivables check and cash deposits, both electronically or physically; file documentation appropriately. Maintain accounting spreadsheets and organize all gift cards for agency. Assist with calculation and reporting of in-kind donations. Assist with ordering office supplies and management of inventory. Assist with monthly reconciliation of agency EZ-Pass Administration. Assist with monthly Verizon and Amex reconciliation. Perform other general accounting clerical duties, as assigned, and provide backup coverage for other accounting functions when appropriate. Educational Requirements:
High School, Associates Degree preferred Experience:
Minimum of 2-4 years progressive accounting clerical experience, preferably in a larger non-profit organization.
