Pickleball Instructor

We are seeking a part-time Pickleball Instructor to lead and facilitate pickleball clinics for players of all skill levels for a high profile client campus located in Menlo Park, CA. This individual will provide instruction, mentorship, and motivation in a dynamic, engaging, and safe environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for teaching pickleball fundamentals, the ability to work with diverse groups, and the flexibility to adapt lessons to various ages and skill levels. Job Overview

Plan and lead pickleball clinics focusing on skill development, strategy, and sportsmanship. Instruct participants in the basic techniques and rules of pickleball, including serving, volleying, dinking, and scoring. Supervise participants to ensure safety and active engagement throughout the clinic. Provide positive feedback, encouragement, and individualized coaching to help players improve. Maintain a professional, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor at all times. Communicate scheduling needs or issues promptly to program coordinators. Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and basic maintenance. What We Are Looking For

Prior coaching, teaching, or instructional experience in pickleball or other racquet sports. Enthusiastic and approachable with strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage group dynamics and maintain control in a clinic setting. Reliable, punctual, and well-organized. CPR/First Aid certification. Coaching certifications or relevant pickleball-specific training are a plus. Schedule & Commitment: Clinics may be scheduled on weekdays and evenings based on seasonal demand. Instructors may be assigned to specific skill-level groups or rotated based on expertise and availability. About Us

Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, certifications, geographic differentials, and other business and organizational needs.
