Customer Success Specialist

At Hitachi Energy in Jefferson City, MO, we're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to champion the post-order experience for our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) clients. You'll be the key link between our customers and our internal teams, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and delivering a world-class customer experience. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
