Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelopment Teams Design, develop, and maintain applications; gather requirements from clients; make system design decisions; develop and deploy software; work on high-performance trading systems and complex workflows. Enterprise Engineering Teams Develop systems to support the firm's operations, including networks, hardware, operating systems, and databases. Projects include website development, infrastructure management, and client reporting systems. Business & Data Analytics Teams Engage with business units to analyze and validate requirements, providing data analytics, data science, and process improvement skills to develop end-to-end solutions. Qualifications and Skills
Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and analytical skills 0-1 years of experience in technology or related fields Studying towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field, graduating between December 2026 and June 2029 Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows; programming skills in languages like C, C++, Java, or C#; understanding of data structures, algorithms, databases, and scripting For Business & Data Analytics
Studying towards a degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, graduating between December 2026 and June 2029 Interest in financial services, documenting IT requirements, and technical knowledge Compensation Base pay ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, plus potential bonuses and benefits.
