Spalding, a Saalex Company is seeking a Requirements Analyst in Patuxent River, MD. Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $90k - $115k annually (depending on experience) Work Location: Hybrid remote/in-office (please see on-site requirements below) On-Site Requirements: Position will require on-site work at Patuxent River, MD one - two days per week. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience with requirements gathering/analysis for a software development or data warehousing team, with a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the principles and practices of Agile development. The candidate should be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively and possess excellent communication skills. Essential Functions: Gathering information from Stakeholders through interviews, meetings, observations, surveys, and documentation analysis Evaluate, refine, and prioritize requirements to ensure they are complete, clear, consistent, and feasible Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members, utilizing GitLab to document/update requirements Create and maintain detailed documentation (How To's, FAQ, User Guides, Requirements Documents, etc.) Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team Ensure technical requirements meet business needs and are implemented according to Stakeholder expectations Participate in the creation and execution of test plans and testing activities Other duties as assigned or required
