Join a dynamic team dedicated to precision and quality in the assembly of medical devices. As a 2nd Shift Assembler, you will be working under direct supervision using a variety of tools and equipment to perform operations essential for assembling and testing medical devices. Responsibilities
Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures. Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System. Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Project Engineer/Supervisor. Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills
Microscope experience is required. Experience in small part assembly. Strong communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of high-volume small part assembly experience with a microscope. Ability to work with microscopes for 90% of the shift. Proficiency in working with small parts, particularly catheters. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Experience in medical device assembly and cleanroom environments is preferred. Why Work Here?

The position involves working in a manufacturing cleanroom 100% of the time, in close stations. You will be working on the 2nd shift, starting either at 3:30 pm or 3:45 pm, with potential for early start and Saturday shifts as needed. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
