We are seeking a Ink Maker/Ink Tech to work with us. We have a very competitive starting payplus a shift differential when applicable. If you are looking to start a new career with a stable company that grows its leaders from within, then INX International is the right place for you.The person in this role will tend mills in a safe and efficient manner to grind the raw materials for manufacturing of high-quality printing ink.As an Ink Maker/Ink Tech, you will be responsible for: Following batch instructions to weight batches,charge and mix inks Understanding proper mixing procedures and raw materials Monitoring temperature and mix speeds and adjusting as needed Following procedures for milling inks, adjusting pump speeds and mill rates Following procedures to filter, package and label inks MakingQC adjustments as instructed Weighting quantities of raw materials for use in the manufacturing of high quality printing ink Operatingone or more mixers in a safe and efficient manner to mix raw materials for the manufacturing of high quality printing ink Packaging the finished product Operating a forklift Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to: Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent Have previous manufacturing experience of at least 6 months Have forklift experience Be ableto lift up to 50 lbs Have basic math, communications and mechanical skills Be capableof managing multiple tasks Demonstrate good knowledge of Microsoft Suite (MS Office) programs In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have: Understanding of 5S workplace Knowledge of TPM Ability to work 10-hour shifts Ability to work overtime and on weekends Additional Information
