Based on experience Schedule: MondayFriday | 3:00 PM
11:00 PM Start Date: Immediate Temp-to-Hire Opportunity with Strong Possibility for Direct Hire! Job Summary
Join a company where employees build long-term careers and retire! We're seeking dedicated, punctual, and reliable Machine Operators who are ready to grow and learn in a stable and supportive manufacturing environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Operate production machinery and tools to aid the manufacturing process. Perform quality checks using gauges/tools and document production data (e.g., COAs, production sheets). Troubleshoot minor issues and make small adjustments as needed. Ensure product quality, proper packaging, and neat presentation for customers. Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment. Follow OSHA and company safety protocols (Lock-Out/Tag-Out, PPE, etc.). Work according to the scheduled production board and customer priorities. Requirements
Must be E-Verify compliant and pass a 10-panel drug test (NO cannabis permitted) 7-year felony background check required. Able to read/speak English and perform basic math. Able to lift 20 lbs. and work around machinery. Wear required PPE: steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and gloves. Top 3 Technical Skills
