Go to next pageSummary:We are representing a precision manufacturer currently hiring aCNC Swiss Machinist and Programmer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience. This is a key role responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC Swiss Turning Centers, as well as conducting first piece inspections to ensure product quality meets ISO standards. The position offers steady work, strong team support, and the opportunity to take part in continuous process improvement.Key Responsibilities:Program, set up, and operate CNC Swiss Turning CentersPerform first piece inspection and ensure all parts meet quality standardsSet up and operate CNC Lathes and CNC Mills as neededSupport design review meetings and suggest improvements to manufacturabilityTroubleshoot production issues and provide technical support on the shop floorHelp manage material planning to meet production demandsCommunicate with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain workflowQualifications:5+ years of CNC Swiss Machinist experienceHigh school diploma requiredProficient in G-code and CNC programmingExperience with both CNC Lathes and CNC MillsStrong problem-solving and inspection skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and safetyGood communication and teamwork skillsCompensation + Benefits:Competitive hourly wage based on experienceSteady schedule with full-time hoursPaid time off and holidaysHealth and dental coverageLong-term opportunity with a stable company
