As the Registered Nurse, you will partner with our Director of Patient Care Services and Interdisciplinary Teams to conduct compassionate care to our local community.

What will you do :
One-on-one time with patients and their families to support everyday needs
Create and initiate care plans through assessing history of current and previous illnesses
Complete, maintain, and submit accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding patient's condition and care given
Care for patients by providing initial and ongoing assessments of patient and family needs
Record important health information including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
Provide health care instructions to the patient as appropriate
Record symptom management changes and outcomes
And additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Valid CA Registered Nurse license
1 year of experience in hospice is a must have
A valid driver's license
Current CPR certification
Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills
And additional related duties as needed
