AP/AR Specialist
Are you an experienced accounting professional with a background in manufacturing and a strong grasp of AP/AR processes? A growing company in Libertyville, IL, is looking for an AP/AR Specialist to join their team and contribute to their continued success.
AP/AR Specialist Responsibilities:
- Handle invoice processing, vendor management, and reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Manage cash applications, collections, and deductions, ensuring accounts are balanced and issues are resolved promptly
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, collaborating with internal teams and customers as needed
- Support month-end close activities related to both AP and AR functions
AP/AR Specialist Requirements:
