Select Staffing is seeking for a Collection Specialist Clerk in Napa, CA
Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Pay rate $25/hr
Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented AR/Collections Clerk to support our accounting team during a critical pre-harvest period. This temporary, full-time position will focus on reducing past-due accounts by directly contacting customers via phone and email to secure payment commitments. The ideal candidate will be confident making collection calls, possess strong written communication skills, and bring a working knowledge of accounts receivable processes. Key Responsibilities: Contact customers by phone and email to follow up on outstanding invoices Document all collection activity and communication accurately and in a timely manner Track payment commitments and ensure follow-through on customer promises Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders regarding account status Escalate unresolved accounts or disputes to the accounting team as appropriate Assist with other accounts receivable tasks as needed.
