you will be essential to furthering our mission by managing communication, coordinating travel arrangements, and supporting project administration activities. You should demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, strong communication abilities, and adaptability to shifting demands. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the Environmental, Health and Safety Department for Adamo and Lab 7. The Safety Program Coordinator will develop effective working partnerships across the organization to promote a positive, proactive approach to worker health and safety. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth administrative operations and contributing to team success. This role will: (responsibilities) Create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. Organize and maintain files and databases with confidentiality. Document procurement processes ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage communication channels professionally and promptly. Oversee office facilities for a clean and organized environment. Assist with onboarding new employees, providing necessary resources. Act as the first point of contact, screening calls and messages. Coordinate staff travel arrangements with attention to detail. Support project activities with administrative assistance. Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility. Manage system operations and suggest improvements. Assist in project support with resourcefulness and detail orientation. Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations effectively. Assist in implementing safety policies and OSHA compliance, including training. Coordinate safety surveys and inspections, preparing reports and follow-up actions. Collaborate with HR on post-accident investigations and reporting. Maintain training records and schedule safety-related education. Manage the Safety Committee operations and meetings. Schedule safety meetings and oversee fleet management and driver safety education. Seniority level
