Entry-Level Administrative Assistant

$16.50-$20.00 DOE
Key Responsibilities: Organize clinical materials such as sanitizing toys or creating clinical bins. Answer and direct emails, and other communications. Prepare, organize, and file documents (physical and electronic). Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Assist with data entry, record keeping, and other administrative duties. Support the administrative team with special projects and tasks as assigned. Handle business errands as needed. Maintain a clean and organized office environment. Greet, and help check in interview candidates upon arrival. Other miscellaneous office tasks. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or relevant coursework in business administration or ABA is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Friendly, professional demeanor and a willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
Prior office or customer service experience. Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines). Bilingual. Previous experience in ABA. What We Offer:
