We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Data Entry Assistant to support our team with accurate data input and administrative tasks. This is a remote role ideal for candidates who are organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update data in company systems and databases Review and verify data for accuracy Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information Perform basic administrative tasks (e.g., email, file organization) Assist in generating reports as needed Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus Excellent typing skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Reliable internet connection and remote work setup Strong organizational and time management skills Compensation: (e.g., $20-$30/hour or negotiable) Work Hours: Flexible / Based on time zone
