South Bay Cardiovascular Associates, a leading provider of comprehensive cardiac care, is currently seeking an
experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
to join our team in
West Islip, NY
in an
outpatient cardiology practice setting . Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans in collaboration with physicians Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as needed Communicate and coordinate test results with internal and external providers Facilitate patient admissions and transfers when necessary Work closely with a
multidisciplinary team
to develop and implement optimal patient care plans Qualifications & Requirements: Experience in Cardiology and Electrophysiology
required Ability to work
Saturday rotations
as needed Proficiency in
12-Lead EKG testing Experience with
Nuclear Stress Testing and/or Stress Testing Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
(from an AMA-approved PA or NP program) Valid NYS Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License Board Certification (PA or NP) BLS & ACLS certification (American Heart Association)

Posted Salary Range
USD $66.55 - USD $90.00 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
