$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Our client, a well-established private investment firm with a strong focus on real estate, is seeking a Portfolio Management Associate or Analyst to join their NYC team. The firm invests across all major real estate asset classes and is known for its dynamic, collaborative environment. This role will support the firm’s investment and asset management teams across a diverse portfolio that includes office, multifamily, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Job Function Maintain accurate financial models for each fund, including historical and projected cash flows, investor contributions/distributions, and fund expenses. Update and complete quarterly investor reports with commentary, financial summaries, and return projections. Support the Head of Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Investor Relations, and executive leadership as needed. Prepare presentations for the annual investor meeting, covering market outlooks, fund performance, and individual investment summaries. Job Requirements 2- 6 years of experience, preferably in performance reporting or similar roles within private equity, real estate, or investment banking. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with financial modeling techniques, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis.
