Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Epic Cadence/Prelude/Hello World Analyst to join our EHR Applications team. This role will support scheduling and registration workflows by optimizing and maintaining Epic Cadence and Prelude applications, including Hello World configurations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of Epic functionality, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams.
Your Day to Day & Essential Functions:
- Analyze, build, test, and implement changes and enhancements in Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Hello World.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Epic scheduling, registration, and patient access workflows.
- Work with operational stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Epic system solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cadence and Prelude workflows, interfaces, and user experience.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including workflows, requirements, and change logs.
- Collaborate with end users, trainers, and other analysts to improve system performance and end-user satisfaction.
- Support Epic upgrades, enhancements, testing, and go-live activities.
- Ensure data integrity, access controls, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Current Epic Cadence and/or Prelude certification(s).
- 2+ years of Epic application experience, preferably in Cadence/Prelude.
- Experience with Epic Hello World or similar personalization tools.
- Strong understanding of registration, scheduling, and access workflows in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Certification in both Epic Cadence and Prelude or the willingness to become certified.

Environmental/Working Conditions:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones. Minimal exposure to communicable diseases.
Physical/Mental Demands :
Normal office environment. Work is typically performed at a desk or table requiring the use of standard office equipment. Intermittent sitting, standing and stooping. May view computer screen for long periods of time. Work may be stressful at times. Interaction with others is constant and interruptive.
