We are seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to join our mission of creating the modern and secure developer workplace, where efficiency, security, and innovation converge. This role focuses on shaping the future of application development, DevOps, and data security through Citrix's innovative developer platform based on a Secure Cloud Development Environment. As a Lead Solutions Architect, you will be pivotal in deploying, configuring, and optimizing secure, scalable solutions that empower developers and enterprises. You will collaborate closely with customers to deploy the platform, optimize infrastructure, and work with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and integration. You will also provide hands-on support, guidance, and mentorship at key customer sites, driving architectural excellence. Key Responsibilities Personal Leadership Deploy and configure scalable, secure, and innovative software architectures for our next-generation developer platform. Lead the development of features, optimizations, and integrations to enhance the modern developer workplace. Champion strategies that improve customer processes in application development, DevOps, and data security, aligning with the platforms vision. Create prototypes, PoCs, and frameworks to set engineering standards, ensuring alignment with security and efficiency principles.

Cross-team Collaboration

Contribute to the technical roadmap, aligning with organizational goals and advancing the developer workplace capabilities. Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented culture. Work with Product Managers, Sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, secure, and efficient solutions.

Customer Success

Advocate for best practices in secure development and modern DevOps based on your experience and customer interactions. Engage with customers to understand needs and ensure solutions support their long-term goals. Drive platform adoption through successful integration, training, and support, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

At least 8 years of proven experience in senior technical roles such as Senior Engineer or Architect, with expertise in system design and scalable architectures. Strong understanding of code development, pipelines, workflows, and DevOps tools and practices. Knowledge of cloud platforms, Kubernetes, containers, virtualization, and Citrix DaaS integration. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in customer-facing roles.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Cloud Development Environments and developer platforms in modern workflows. Understanding of data security practices related to development, deployment, and infrastructure. Experience leading impactful projects, PoCs, and setting technical direction. Exposure to product management and business strategy concepts.
