Join our team as a Sourcing & Category Manager and be a part of something big! We're managing the company’s global and rapidly growing raw material spend portfolio and need innovative minds to help steer us into the future. In this case we are specifically looking for someone with a solid sourcing and category management toolkit as well as GxP experience in procurement. In our Global Sourcing & Procurement department, we're all about empowering our team members. As part of our Global Category Management team, you'll have the opportunity to shape strategies and make impactful decisions alongside our internal stakeholders. What we offer: Exciting procurement projects without the burnout Opportunities for personal and professional growth A collaborative environment where your voice matters Your responsibilities will include: Formulating and executing category strategies Analyzing spend, markets, and evaluating new suppliers Building strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers Contributing to our mission of becoming an even greater place to work Who you are: A positive mindset and a passion for growth Strong communication and interpersonal skills backed by PowerPoint skills An analytical and data-driven approach backed by Excel skills A self-driven colleague with who is not afraid to execute projects Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree – multiple fields such as business administration, engineering, chemistry, biology, and others are acceptable 3 years plus of strategic/tactical procurement & sourcing experience gained in a highly regulated industry Preferred Education and
Experience: Masters degree in the above fields or an MBA. Recognized procurement certification from CIPS, CPSM, CPP, NEVI or other other 5 years plus of strategic/tactical procurement & sourcing experience, GMP (industry) experience Seniority level
