Business Development Director, Insurance Services New York, NY Salary to $225K plus bonus plus strong employee benefits Our client is a financial strong insurance services company who are now looking for an experienced property and casualty sales professional to work in their New York City office. Duties Include: Spearhead new and existing business development insurance carriers, brokers, adjusting and related firms Manage sales/marketing of products and brand management Manage a smaller team of professionals Partner with underwriters, brokers and law firms Preparation of contracts and proposals Candidate Should Possess: Probably 10 years plus sales management experience within the insurance adjusting, TPA or insurance services sector 4 year degree preferred Ability to travel on a very frequent basis Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independent and under little supervision This is a nice role to work for a growing company who like to promote from within and is financially secure.
