Key Responsibilities: Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and field staff to keep the project on schedule and within budget. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies. Work closely with the Project Manager to review project schedules, material deliveries, manpower needs, and logistics. Conduct daily site walks, safety meetings, and toolbox talks. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittals. Identify and address field issues proactively, escalating concerns to the project team as needed. Monitor inspections and coordinate with building officials, engineers, and inspectors. Ensure timely completion of punch lists and project closeout activities. Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily residential construction. Proven ability to manage construction sites for mid-rise and large-scale apartment or condo developments. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, trades coordination, and quality assurance practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management and field reporting tools (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar preferred). Ability to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings. OSHA 30 certification required; First Aid/CPR preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. What's on Offer
