Job Description
Project Management:
Lead the on-site execution of a 200+ unit wood-frame multifamily project from ground-up through delivery Quality Control:
Oversee daily operations, including site logistics, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety, and quality control Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor the project team: Assistant Superintendent, Senior Project Manager, and APM Schedule Management:
Collaborate closely with project leadership to ensure timely, on-budget delivery Safety compliance:
Ensure all work meets company and industry standards, with strict adherence to safety protocols Documentation:
Leverage construction management software and digital tools to track project progress, RFIs, change orders, and documentation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
10-15 years of experience in ground-up multifamily construction, with proven leadership on wood-frame projects over 100 units Demonstrated ability to "own" a site - a confident, take-charge professional who thrives in leadership roles Tech-savvy with strong working knowledge of construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, or similar) Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Committed to delivering quality construction safely, efficiently, and with a team-first mentality Driven and ready to lead more large-scale work on future projects What's on Offer
