The Superintendent is responsible for: Oversee site operations, including scheduling, logistics, and compliance with safety standards. Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, clients, and project teams. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality control. Mentor and support junior staff and field personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment. Address and resolve any project-related issues or challenges promptly. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules. The right candidate will have: Commercial Construction Superintendent experience with a GC (5+ years) Experience building ground-up Commercial, Industrial and Multi-family projects valued at $50M+ Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting commercial construction plans, drawings, and specifications Good written and communication skills Skilled at negotiation and conflict resolution Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Familiarity with construction/project management Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred) CPR/First Aid Certified 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification 30-Hour OSHA (preferred) What's on Offer
