A highly regarded law firm in New York City is seeking a talented and driven
Mid-Level Real Estate Transactional Associate Attorney
to join its dynamic real estate practice. This is a great opportunity for an attorney who wants to work on sophisticated real estate transactions in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development, and leasing. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and leases. Advise clients on land use, title and survey issues, and due diligence matters. Coordinate with internal and external parties such as clients, opposing counsel, title companies, and local agencies. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active New York Bar membership. 3–6 years of experience in real estate transactional matters at a law firm or in-house setting. Strong drafting, negotiating, and analytical skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
