Position at CMI Media Group As the Associate Director, Audience Intelligence, you'll be a key leader in our organization, driving the strategy, development, and execution of audience intelligence initiatives for our clients. You'll lead a team of talented analysts, leveraging both social and market intelligence to deliver actionable insights that inform and optimize media and communication strategies. You'll be the bridge between data and strategy, translating complex information into compelling narratives that empower our clients to connect with their target audiences more effectively. What You'll Do: Manage and mentor a team of Market and Social Intelligence analysts, fostering their professional growth and development. Develop and execute comprehensive audience intelligence strategies that align with client objectives and drive business results. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations with confidence and clarity. Transform complex data into compelling narratives that resonate with clients and internal stakeholders. Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social and market intelligence. Partner with cross-functional teams (Communications Planning, Engagement Leads, Analytics, etc.) to integrate audience intelligence into all aspects of our work. Continuously improve processes, identify new opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to enhance our service offerings. Manage relationships with third-party partners and market research tool providers. Partner with Client Finance teams to develop customized SOWs for audience intelligence solutions. What You'll Bring: 8-12 years of experience in research methodologies and tools (traditional market research). 1-3 years of experience managing, leading, and growing accounts. Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of 1-5+ individuals. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills. Strong foundation in data analytics and the ability to think strategically about data and research methodologies. Pharmaceutical/Healthcare experience preferred. Familiarity with Qualtrics, Tableau, SaS and/or SPSS. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or any quantitative or analytical related field preferred. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is solution-oriented. Ability to function and thrive outside of your comfort zone and learn new skill sets. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $70,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
