What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise OSP personnel and manage own portfolio of assigned agreements
- Review and oversee complex negotiations while collaborating with faculty and administrative offices
- Monitor team workload assignments and support professional development of staff
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts of OSP processes as a member of the management team
- Interact regularly with faculty, external sponsors, and other administrative offices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors Degree
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Thorough knowledge of research administration and experience with sponsored research awards
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; the employer does not sponsor employment visas
