Director of New Business Development
to drive aggressive growth across key U.S. markets. This is not a maintenance role—we’re looking for a true hunter: a senior, dynamic, results-driven professional with a proven track record in generating new business, ideally in premium packaging, merchandising, or related industries. You will be instrumental in scaling U.S. business, tapping into fashion, beauty, eyewear, and lifestyle sectors. You’ll work closely with a high-performing, entrepreneurial local team, while collaborating with their international team. Key Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition in North America Leverage existing industry relationships to generate immediate business opportunities Identify and pursue opportunities in adjacent or current categories (fashion, beauty, eyewear, tech packaging) Develop and own a personal portfolio of clients with high growth potential Serve as a strategic partner to prospects, demonstrating the full value of the company’s diversified capabilities Collaborate with internal teams across operations, design, and HQ to deliver excellence from pitch to production Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and key client meetings across the U.S. and Canada What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in new business development—this role is about creating, not maintaining Deep relationships in packaging, fashion, beauty, or luxury/lifestyle industries Portfolio of clients or business opportunities you can realistically activate in the short term Strategic mindset with the ability to sell across multiple product categories and identify growth paths Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building and scaling Senior-level presence with the credibility to interface with top-tier brand stakeholders Ability to adapt to an Italian-rooted, quality-focused organization undergoing growth and transformation Based in New York or Los Angeles (not required but strongly preferred) Why Join
